Formatting Guidelines
To ensure consistency and clarity across our journal, please adhere to the following formatting guidelines when preparing your manuscript:
Title: The title should be concise, descriptive, and accurately reflect the content of the article. It should be in title case and centered at the top of the first page.
Author Information: Provide the full names and affiliations of all authors, including their institutional affiliations and email addresses. Use superscript numbers to indicate affiliations if authors are affiliated with different institutions.
Abstract: Include a structured abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study. Ensure that the abstract is informative and accurately represents the content of the article.
Keywords: Include 3-7 keywords or phrases below the abstract to facilitate indexing and searchability of the article.
Introduction: Provide a clear and concise introduction to the study, including the background, objectives, and significance of the research.
Main Body: Organize the main body of the article into logical sections, such as Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Use subheadings to clearly delineate each section.
References: Cite all sources accurately and consistently following the APA 7th (American Psychological Association) referencing style. Ensure that all references cited in the text are included in the reference list, and vice versa.
Graphs and Tables: Clearly label all graphs and tables with descriptive titles and captions. Ensure that graphs and tables are cited in the text in the order they appear and are in editable form. Please avoid adding the graphs and Tables in image/screenshot form.
Graphs and Images: Please add the graphs and Images in high quality resolution for better understanding.
Formatting: Use a clear and legible font (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial) with 12-point font size and double line spacing throughout the manuscript. Set margins to 1-inch on all sides.
Length: Manuscripts should typically range from 3000 to 8000 words, including abstract, references, figures, and tables. Longer articles may be considered but should be justified based on the scope and depth of the research.
Ethical Considerations: Authors should adhere to ethical guidelines for research involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive data. Include statements on ethical approval and informed consent as applicable.
Submission: Submit your manuscript electronically through the online submission system on the THE KNOWLEDGE website. Ensure that all required documents, including the manuscript file, figures, tables, and supplementary materials, are included in the submission.
