Article Processing Charges

“THE KNOWLEDGE” is committed to publishing high-quality educational research while providing open access to ensure free availability of knowledge to the global academic community. To support the editorial and production processes, as well as maintain sustainable open-access publishing, we charge Article Processing Charges (APC) of PKR 15,000 per accepted paper.

The APC covers the services including Editorial management and manuscript handling, Double-blind peer review process, Formatting, Editing, and Proofreading, DOI (Digital Object Identifier) Assignment, Online Publication under open access for global visibility.

WAIVER POLICY
The Knowledge is committed to supporting the dissemination of quality research regardless of authors’ financial circumstances. Partial or full waivers of the Article Processing Charges (APC) may be granted on a case-by-case basis to authors who demonstrate genuine financial need, including students, early-career researchers, independent scholars, and researchers from low-income or resource-constrained institutions. Requests for APC waivers must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission with a brief justification. The waiver decision is made independently of the editorial and peer-review process, and the ability to pay will not influence the evaluation, acceptance, or publication of any manuscript.

Note: Please note that the APC is non-refundable. In case of withdrawal after acceptance, the APC cannot be reimbursed, as the journal incurs substantial processing and review costs.
